Norman Nakanishi
Senior Pastor
Norman Nakanishi is the Senior Pastor of Grace Bible Church, a growing multi-generational church committed to reaching people and equipping them to fulfill their destiny. He has a special heart for youth, which has resulted in a constant flow of young people and their families over the years.
Pastor Norman also is a member of the United States National Leadership Team for the Every Nation family of churches, an international movement with ministries worldwide. Pastor Norman has a Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Hawaii and a Masters of Biblical Counseling from Christian International College.
Pastor Norman is chaplain for the University of Hawaii Warrior football team and also speaks in corporate and community settings on inspiration, leadership, and relationships. Norman along with his wife, Faye, and their family currently reside in Pearl City, HI.
Parris Hayashi
Executive Pastor, Missions
Parris is the Executive Pastor at Grace Bible Church. He manages the day to day administration and operations of the church, oversees the young professionals ministry, GBC’s international missionaries and short term mission teams.
Pastor Parris was previously on staff at Grace Bible Church Honolulu and also at Grace Chapel, the Scottsdale Foursquare Church. He assisted in planting a college/young adult church in the heart of Tempe, AZ next to Arizona State University. He also brings knowledge and experience through his previous employments in both the airline and hotel industries.

Alfredo Canencia
Evangelism, Small Groups Director, Men
Known to many here as "Coach," Alfredo Canencia is the evangelism pastor at Grace Bible Church. A former basketball head coach at Pearl City High School, he has impacted many lives on the court and even in the classroom as a high school educator. A gifted evangelist, Alfredo oversees the small group ‘ohana that meet throughout the island and serves on the preaching and teaching team of Grace Bible. Born and raised in Kalihi, Alfredo now resides in Mililani with his wife, Fern, and their son, Dylan.

Camille Omo
Community, Women
A dynamic woman of prayer, Camille lives for her intimate times with the Lord and brings that same passion to the different ministries she is involved in. Camille is the Community Outreach Pastor and also oversees the Prayer Ministry for Grace Bible Church. Before her position with Grace Bible, Camille was employed as a customer service representative for an auto insurance company and prior to that as a hospital administrator that specialized in patient relations.

Kathy Abe
Pastoral Care, Women, Ministry Placement
Kathy is an Associate Pastor at Grace Bible Church. She coordinates the ministry volunteer placement and assists pastoring in the women's ministry. Her heart is to assimilate new believers into the church and mobilize their gifts and talents to build up the Body of Christ and reach people beyond church walls.
Prior to becoming a pastor, Kathy served as Grace Bible’s Corporate Administrator for three years and worked in healthcare administration for 15 years. Prior to coming to Grace Bible, she was part of a church plant in Kaneohe. Born and raised in Pearl City, Kathy and her husband Stan currently reside in Pacific Palisades with their two children, Chelsey and Gavin.

Randy Pacarro
Worship & Music
Randy has been involved with worship ministry for over twenty five years. His life mission is to bring people into a life transforming relationship with Jesus Christ through the avenue of worship. As a lead worshipper Randy has been blessed to travel to many countries ministering and teaching in crusades, conferences, and equipping schools. Presently he serves on the pastoral staff overseeing the worship and music ministries of Grace Bible Church. He is married to Norma and has a daughter, Joelle. The Pacarro family currently reside in Mililani.

William Pacarro
Educational Director & Pastoral Care
William is the Associate Pastor and is involved in pastoring the church members, supervising small groups, and directing our Steps to Spiritual Growth classes. He has been involved in the soccer and tennis programs in his community. Born and raised in Honolulu, Billy now resides in Waipio with his wife Penny and their two children.
